Was in a tough spot trying to have a vehicle moved and with the help from Paul giving me recommendations on what needed to be done, I was able to get the vehicle picked up. From the first call I made to the last, he made everything easy and fast. The driver was professional and removed the vehicle with no problem (in an alley). There customer service was above the top. Highly recommend!!

My truck finally was on her last leg. I found them from an ad on Facebook and called. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and knowledgeable. I was able to set up an appointment quickly for them to pick it up. Probably an hour later the driver came and I signed the paperwork, and I was $ for them junking my truck. The tow truck was also very polite! Highly recommend!

Paul is great. He is fast, reliable, and honest. One of the nicest tow truck drivers that you'll meet. If you need a tow or are just interested in selling an old car, give him a call. He even has one of the coolest business cards that I have ever seen.

Southside Towing and Recovery came through in getting my broken down car off of a lot that was gonna start charging me. They offered me a fair deal for my junk car and were very helpful in the whole process. If you need a tow or need to junk a car I highly recommend them!

They were here within an hour of me calling and helped me get my car out of the parking garage it was in so that it could be towed. They gave me a fair amount of cash on the spot for my vehicle and both the men I spoke to were very nice!! After everything I delt with with the previous company I was trying to sell to, this whole experience with Southside Towing was a breath of fresh air. I'm so relieved at how fast, easy, and pleasant this experience was. 10/10 would recommend.

I needed my old car gone and I didn't have a lot of time to do it. They worked with me and fit me in the schedule to help me out. They were nice and made the experience comfortable for me. My experience with Southside Towing & Recovery of Richmond, VA was outstanding. Paul was very professional, polite, and prompt in his response to remove my vehicle. He also respected my property, which was still somewhat saturated with rain water. Thanks Paul for removing my old license plate that I had forgotten to remove myself. This company is great! They gave me a higher offer than several others in the area, and they were able to pick it up and tow it (for free) in less than an hour after I called, with cash in hand! 10/10 would recommend to anyone selling an old car.

Google will not let me leave another 5 star review. So I'm adding another post on my old post.
On a Monday my truck broke down and he had me picked up and at my mechanic shop within a hour. 2 days later my new 2022 car got a flat. My car is low to the ground and he was able to get it on the flatbed without issue and had me to my destination in no time. I'm giving 5 stars Once again!
